Summary of Position

This is a high-level technical position that focuses on managing foreign asset creation and deliveries. Planning, initiative, and follow-through are required in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
• Plan, forecast multi-language accessibility, foreign dub and subtitle creation for various TV series and Feature titles with respect to tight deadlines, budgets, and digital platform deliveries.

• Deal with multiple vendors and different personnel levels to problem solve technical, legal, and creative issues during the localization process.

• Liaison between high level company executives and servicing personnel to forecast current and future projects and required timelines.

• Process and track invoices from receipt to final payment, create purchase orders in SAP, wire transfers and manage spending for the Global Localization team.

• Able to manage other related tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
• 2-3 years' experience working in localization facility or studio environment.

• Knowledge pertaining to physical and digital localized asset formats and file types.

• Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented to ensure accuracy in reports, orders and delivery dates.

• Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge are a must.

• Working knowledge of foreign film/tv distributors and licensees is a plus

• Working experience with SAP or similar software to process and track payments helpful.

• Working experience with digital asset management or file delivery programs.
