Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Director, Print Production in our Global Marketing Operations department. This position will support the SVP, Global Marketing Operations. The Global Marketing Operations group oversees the production and distribution of all marketing material worldwide while driving efficiencies across the division. Asset management, workflow optimization and partner engagement are core tenets of the group. As such, Global Marketing Operations touches all aspects of the film marketing process from production to creative to digital to media and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with clearly demonstrated project management skills. This person oversees all aspects of print and digital finishing, adaptive and production. They will be responsible for servicing the key art needs of all other departments. Responsible for not just print and digital production through theatrical and home entertainment, this role is relied upon to manage exhibitor marketing's needs, publicity requests, Home Ent. sales and media buys to name a few. Additionally, they will be responsible for working with the legal and asset management teams to ensure content is faithful to guild & contractual requirements as well as file management workflows.

She or he will be a highly motivated self-starter who is hungry to ideate and is extremely detail-oriented with knowledge of print and digital marketing deliverables, digital asset management workflows and a love for film and the creative process. Must have the ability to multi-task, be able to assess data, possess strong time management skills, and have approximately 5 years' experience in Marketing/Advertising/Business/Film/TV related fields.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all print finishing and adaptive while coordinating the execution of all creative, legal/credit and guild notes to vendor for final delivery

• Maintain strong vendor relationships to establish cost efficient and productive workflow processes

• Review all print and digital assets sent from distribution to ensure continuity throughout a campaign

• Ensure all print and digital materials are routed for legal clearance

• Work closely with strategy team to prepare generic international print and digital materials

• Manage In-Theater material creation, which includes standees, banners, bus shelters and custom displays

• Works closely with exhibitor marketing director to create digital banners to support on-sale ticket initiatives for regional and national theaters including AMC, Regal and Cinemark.

• Ensure all print and digital trailer debut assets are prepared for publicity and social teams.

• Project manage lifecycle materials from theatrical to home entertainment for all Segment 1 titles.

• Work closely with publicity, sales, exhibitor marketing, etc. to manage and deliver build out of specialty material for conferences, conventions, meetings, premieres, etc.

• Supervise coordinator in managing of all the various final, in progress, print and digital assets

• Ensure all stock photography has been licensed, track legal approvals for various campaigns

• DAM – serve as Subject Matter Expert on print material and supporting files that need to be ingested into Digital Asset Management platform for ease of access and efficient production

• Budget – Maintain print budget categories for all films

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented, good follow through, ability to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while following department protocol.

• Approximately 5-7 years' experience ideally in Film / TV / Communications / Business / Advertising / Marketing.

• Technology savvy.

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.

• Strong understanding of print finishing and versioning process.

• Strong proficiency in InDesign, MS Office, excel/numbers, PowerPoint/google slides/keynote and Word/pages.
