Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently looking for a Traffic Coordinator to gather information from the Sales/Integrated Marketing/Creative team(s) to create and maintain product Bill of Materials (BOM's); Master Data creation of all DVD Packaging products (Finished Goods) and Packaging Components (Elements, Raw Materials) in the SAP system. A successful candidate should be able to identify, monitor, and analyze potential products set up and any issues that could impact our ability to deliver product on time.
Responsibilities
• Creation, maintenance and distribution of the Operations Planning Schedule and New Release Schedule for Home Entertainment
• Coordination of all elements necessary for product launch and special promotions
• Creative/Marketing for packaging elements (i.e., Wraps, Ocards, Inserts, Stickers, Specialty Items, etc.)
• Creates and maintains promotional ID's for new/catalog product launch
• Creates Finished Goods catalog numbers and UPCs; i.e., DVD, Blu-ray package and component material master data using SAP application
• Creates BOMs (Bill of Materials) for manufacturing using SAP application and OneClear website
• Packaging and Digital Media Timeline meeting; Distribute schedules
• Maintain multiple schedules (New Release, Planning, Promotion, Canada Release schedules) daily
• Handle metrics and ad hoc reporting as needed
Qualifications and Skills
• The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work as an integral part of a team with excellent interpersonal, analytical and both verbal and written communication skills
• Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to interact effectively with various levels of personnel, and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; intermediate or to advance although not too many formula function. A good understanding of SAP R/3 or equivalent system, we are willing to train the candidate
• Highly effective communicator which includes escalation of issues as needed
• Special projects will require analytic thinking, pro-actively addressing systemic issues and working with other departments on various reports and projects
• Be able to interpret from email communication to template spreadsheet. Supply Chain knowledge is helpful
Compensation
$45,000 - $48,000
