The coordinator will be reviewing trailers, TV spots, billboards, and social media posts while working closely with the teams creating these assets to ensure we are communicating all credit and legal requirements and guidelines are being followed. They will be advising the teams on revisions that need to be made, tracking these revisions, and following up to confirm that changes have been made and materials have been approved before they go out into the world. They will be liaising with our partners at the guilds and the MPA, maintaining those professional relationships, and finding solutions where the needs of the studio and our partners do not align. We are in many ways diplomats attempting to bring two parties together on a common path forward each day, and we're looking for the right candidate to join the team and guide our marketing creatives on best practices and legal requirements.
