Job Description

Summary of Position

Analyzing, reporting and processing inventory adjustments and reconciling inventory for all finished goods and component raw materials. Process failed idocs, scrap order entries, BOM (Bill of Material) creation & maintenance as needed. The primary focus of this position is to address all issues related to inventory reconciliation, master data accuracy, researching and providing accurate corrective direction to our vendors.

Responsibilities
• Failed Idoc Processing (daily) & Monthly recap

• Destruction Order Processing – Analyze data, request destruction/scrap approvals and order entry

• Cardex weekly/monthly review

• Storage Location Analysis – Review finished goods and component inventory for correct storage location assignments

• Refresh Daily New Release Template

• BOM (Bill of Material) Creation & Maintenance as needed

• Request cycle counts of finished goods and component inventory as needed

• Reports:

• Idoc Error Report – This report identifies any EDI errors related to inventory movements

• Technicolor Open Manufacturing Report

• Finished Good (NSTK) Reconciliation Report

• Component (ROH) Reconciliation Report

• New Release Report – 2x weekly report which identifies New Release inventory positioning

• Weekly DX Validation Report

• Open Component Report

• Expired w/ Inventory Report

• FG Monthly Report for Distribution Partners

Qualifications & Skills
• The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work as an integral part of a team with excellent interpersonal, analytical and both verbal and written communication skills

• Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to interact effectively with various levels of personnel, and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with a good understanding of SAP R/3 or equivalent system

• Highly effective communicator which includes escalation of issues as needed

• Very organized with a high attention to detail

• Special projects will require analytic thinking, pro-actively addressing systemic issues and working with other departments on various reports and projects

• A college degree in Business and/or Certification related to Inventory Management
