Summary of Position

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and is extremely detail-oriented with excellent computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, possess strong time management skills, and have some experience in Marketing/Advertising/Business/Film/TV related fields or internships.

Responsibilities
• Manage and balance the day-to-day schedule.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls/webex

• Track meeting cadence, needs and anticipate future scheduling.

• Handle daily internal cross-departmental requests

• Manage and oversee the departments org charts, contact sheets and seating charts.
• Facilitate executive travel.

• Prepare and submit regular and accurate expense reports

Experience & Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, forward-thinking, ability to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
• Proficient in various workplace tools such as webex, zoom, Monday.com, Outlook, Google Docs, Excel.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with communicating with high level stake-holders.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Bachelor's Degree
