Summary of Position
Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator to join the Domestic TV and Digital sales team reporting to the Manager of Domestic TV and Digital Sales. The role will provide sales support to the Manager and SVP of Domestic TV and Digital Sales, including deal tracking, deal entry and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Provide support for SVP and Manager including assembling avails, entering and updating deals with complex windowing and rights grants in Lionsgate's database, coordinating delivery of assets for partners to exploit, and coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Accounting, Legal, Marketing, etc.)
• Utilize all available information (revenue share performance, competitive licensing offers, Nielsen ratings, etc.) to provide informed analysis throughout deal negotiations
• Track each partner's existing licensing, rev-share, and FAST agreement(s), including key title expirations and strategy for extension or go-to-market
• Provide SVP and Manager with administrative support
Qualifications and Skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and timeliness
• Ability to effectively communicate objectives and status to executive stakeholders on behalf of the team
• Strong knowledge of and experience in Excel, including advanced formulas, and PowerPoint a must
• Interested in film and TV and ideally experienced within the TV, Film or Digital industry
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Ability to project-manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Strong logical thinker, self-starter, and meticulous attention to detail.
• A college degree is required
