Coordinator, Asset Management (Canada)

Summary of Position

eOne Canada is looking for a Coordinator, Asset Management to join our Content Operations and Strategy department on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate TV content delivery with clients; our sales, legal and tech ops departments

• Serve as secondary contact for Lionsgate's feature DAM environment, and a point person interfacing with internal employees and outside users of the system – including troubleshooting DAM issues and the ingest and distribution of assets through our various platforms

• Manage delivery/ingest/transfer of materials with labs. Oversee access of localized assets to clients

• Verification of material availability, as well as client's ability to work within LG specs

• Create purchase orders (referred to as PO) and deal invoices

• Coordinate the workflow for re-sized art requests for various

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Team player who actively contributes to the group in order to complete tasks, meet goals and manage projects

• Foundational understanding of asset management and asset management systems

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (primarily Photoshop and Premiere) and MS Office Suite
