Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking an Assistant, International Legal to report to the Executive Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs in the Worldwide TV and Digital License Films department. This is a great opportunity for a business-minded individual who is looking for a career in the television industry and is interested in learning the television business from a global perspective.

Responsibilities
• This position will provide administrative support for the Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution legal team, which will include answering phones, and scheduling meetings and conference calls.

• Process expense reports and purchase orders, handle travel arrangements and other related duties.

• This position will also be responsible for sending and tracking executed contracts, assisting in organizing and maintaining legal files, distributing fully-executed contracts internally and updating contract status reports.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support role

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

• Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills

• Previous entertainment experience is preferred

• College degree required

Compensation

$43,000 - $45,000
