Freelance Coordinator, Consumer Marketing & Media – LIFETIME & LMN (6 months)

Currently, all staff and non-staff are working remotely except for select roles that have an in office requirement. The Freelance Consumer Marketing & Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CM&M team in the development, execution and analysis of all marketing campaigns. This person will report into the Director, Consumer Marketing & Media.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Coordinator, Consumer Marketing & Media Job Description:
• Work with members of the Consumer Marketing & Media team to provide support in the development and execution of all marketing elements including Consumer Marketing, Paid Media and Paid Social
• Provide administrative support to the Consumer Marketing & Media team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining tracking documents, distribution of internal communication materials and other tasks as needed

KEY TASKS

CAMPAIGN PLANNING/CONSUMER MARKETING (~40% of time)
• Manage master brief status doc and draft/distribute briefs
• Maintain and distribute show tracking documents & share appropriate insights
• Help support specialists as needed for programming deep dives
• Keep teams abreast of latest programming and production dates
• Provide updates for Lifetime & LMN corporate websites
• Maintain email signature calendar and provide assets as needed
• Support consumer engagement initiatves such as sweepstakes

PAID MEDIA / CAMPAIGN EXECUTION (~25% of time)
• Manage job requests for campaign assets (Airtable)
• Oversee deadlines and asset deliveries across multiple agencies
• Draft copy (i.e. audio, custom components, newsletters, e-blasts)
• Manage YouTube requests and link tracking
• Assit in compiling paid search images to spec
• Help provide additional ''quality control'' filter of assets before delivery

CAMPAIGN LAUNCH (~10% of time)
• Gather info/develop launch docs (including plan recaps, producers/talent decks, etc.)
• Create campaign eblasts to distribute to the company
OWNED MEDIA (~15% of time)
• Create weekly Lifetime & LMN promo running instructions
• Create Airtable entries for promo requests
• Additional tasks, such as research projects, as needed

AS NEEDED (~10% of time)
• Assist with meeting set up, document creation, etc.
• Assist with research projects

• Movie Stunt Roll-Out
• Various status docs (Social, LT team status)

• Paid Social captioned promos & transcripts
