They co-founded latakoo a decade ago with the mission of providing easy-to-access-and-use bleeding edge technology for content creators. Today, latakoo provides an end-to-end cloud-based video workflow for some of the world’s largest media companies.

The International Trade Association of Broadcast & Media Technology (IABM) represents almost every vendor in this global market, yet selected latakoo as its Company of the Year in 2020. The IABM also shortlisted Jade Kurian for Technology Leader of the year in 2020, and in July 2021, elected Jade to the international organization’s Board of Directors. TV Newscheck honored Jade as a futurist in its 2020 Women in Technology awards.

On the financial front, latakoo’s business model is Software-as-a-Service. Our Net Revenue Retention clocked in at an astounding 158% in 2020. latakoo’s mission critical workflow is loved by its current customer base. We are hoping that you will help us expand that base.

This is a full-time position, with base salary, commission or bonus, and health and 401K benefits. We prefer this candidate be Austin or Texas-based, but we will consider anyone with the right experience and who is authorized to work in the US and currently living in the US. 

We prefer a college degree and a several years of strong sales experience, but exemplary productivity and innovative thinking will be our focus.

Job duties will include:

  • Present latakoo's technology and workflow solutions to customers and prospects, explaining technical aspects and operating characteristics of products
  • Address customer concerns on the wide ranging tech stacks available in the marketplace. 
  • Demonstrate how latakoo solutions address the requirements of unique sales opportunities
  • Provide feedback from customer conversations to the leadership and development teams.
  • Contribute to marketing by recommending and co-developing articles, videos, processes.
  • Leverage existing customers to drive new revenue opportunities
  • Assist in developing sales enablement content
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to leadership team, customers and partners by helping provide solutions

  • Skilled in working collaboratively, courteously, and tactfully with difficult situations and/or people to recognize issues and solve problems
  • Respects confidentiality of all information related to customers' Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Passion for providing great customer experience
  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed, but most work can be remote
  • A "can-do" attitude, always looking to win.
