Job Summary/Description:

KXII News 12, the #1 station and top news brand in the Texoma area, is looking for a news videographer to serve as the newsroom's primary shooter and live shot coordinator.

The primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

ˑ Shooting and editing video and interviews for news, both with and without a reporter
ˑ Coordinate and shoot news live shots and special event coverage
ˑ Maintain the news department's cameras and gear including microphones, tripods, laptops, etc.
ˑ Maintain the news department's vehicle fleet including oil changes, tire maintenance, etc.
ˑ Training all news personnel on cameras, conducting interviews, and live shots

Qualifications/Requirements:

ˑ At least two years news shooting experience
ˑ Video camera expertise
ˑ Competent video editor
ˑ Certified drone operator preferred
ˑ Knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle maintenance
ˑ Bachelor's degree or higher in related field of study preferred
ˑ Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
