Job Summary/Description:

KWCH/KSCW is currently looking to add a self-motivated individual to our sales team in Southwestern Kansas. As the dominant media company in the area, We have comprehensive marketing tools – both on-air and online.

We're seeking an independently driven individual with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will generate revenue by providing marketing solutions to local businesses with our company's multiple platforms. This position is a work-from-home opportunity with expected travel in the Dodge City, Garden City, and Liberal areas. The job entails prospecting, cold calling, and cultivating relationships with new potential clients.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Accountability within a Sales environment
• A positive, results-oriented attitude
• Experience in marketing preferred
• Ability to cold call and diagnose challenges and opportunities of local businesses
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong formal and interpersonal communication skills
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
Licensing/Certifications: Valid driver's license with a good driving record
