Job Summary/Description:

Are you a self-starter who thrives on meeting new businesses, establishing rapport, and providing creative solutions to help those businesses grow? If so, then our New Business Development Specialist role might be the perfect fit. FOX5 and Gray Digital Media will provide the right candidate all the necessary tools to succeed in the fast-paced, dynamic and ever-evolving world of Multi-Media Advertising Sales.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify, prospect, and close new advertisers for FOX5 and SSSEN, both on-air and online
- Stay current on all station programming and product offerings, and have working knowledge of the competition
- Conduct needs analysis appointments with new business prospects
- Develop and present smart, creative solutions to new advertisers who do not currently do business with FOX5 and SSSEN, or utilize any of our Digital offerings
- Provide detailed prospecting records and communicate regularly with supervisor (LSM) regarding new business pipeline, needs analysis and proposal meetings, and potential closes

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Self-motivated, high-energy salesperson
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and writing skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow
