Job Description

• Ensure quality control of sales support customer interface, and adherence to established WideOrbit Traffic & WideOrbit Sales standards.
• Provide support to Traffic Team, Sales Managers & Account Executives (local and national) as needed
• Obtain traffic instructions from agencies, enter materials and apply instructions for primary & digital channels in WideOrbit
• Ensure integrity of daily broadcast log & automation playlist for both primary and digital channels
• Broadcast log reconciliation
• Daily interface with broadcast hub to ensure proper execution of broadcast schedule – Missing Material Reports, Day of Air changes, and Broadcast Process & Defect resolution

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Broadcast Traffic and working experience in Broadcast Traffic systems
(WideOrbit, OSI etc.)
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
