Office Services Clerk, KTVQ

Perform a variety of general housekeeping, supply stocking, and clerical responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
• Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database, and/or presentation software.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Maintain inventory flow and storage of office supplies
• Participate in building safety and evacuation team at supervisors direction
• Perform other duties as needed and as directed by supervisor/management.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• High school diploma or equivalent

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Basic math, reading and computer skills
• Resourceful, possess excellent communication skills, ability to work with public and with other office personnel in person and by telephone
• Strong attention to detail
