Job Summary/Description:
KTUU Sales Assistant/Coordinator's ideal candidate thrives in a team environment while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strong work ethic, focus on details, and consistently strive to exceed client expectations.
Utilize WideOrbit traffic software to fill (commercial) traffic logs and reconcile logs daily, work with account executives and sales management on material (commercial instructions) for orders, including television and digital. Will maintain commercial archive system, update and manage programming in WideOrbit Media Sales, assist sales management team with order entry and maintenance of orders including make-goods for clients.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have strong computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of WideOrbit is a plus but not necessary
