Job Summary/Description:

KSWO is looking for an organized and creative digital professional to lead our digital sales in the role of Digital Sales Manager. This position works on the sales management team in tandem with the General Sales Manager in business development for the station; specifically championing digital sales. The successful candidate will work closely with local businesses and sales executives to provide unique marketing solutions and will be responsible for achieving KSWO's digital advertising budget. The successful individual must be proficient with current digital marketing trends, products, and solutions. The successful candidate will serve as the digital coach and advisor to the local sales team and advertisers.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Working within the Sales Management team to coordinate combined sales efforts, create effective systems and procedures
- Providing digital training to the account executives and sales assistants
- Assisting account executives in presenting and closing digital business
- Developing sales presentations and collateral using up to date research materials provide by Gray Digital Media
- Maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to provide optimization suggestions and fulfillment campaign expectations
- Overseeing digital pricing and revenue forecasting
- Promoting a winning, positive culture, be a team player, and have passion for helping clients grow their business
- Drive digital revenue growth for the station
- Work at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with account executives and advertisers
- Work in tandem with the General Sales Manager in revenue generation strategy, revenue forecasting, training, and client results
- Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management and pricing strategies
- Management of the digital sales pipeline, including assisting in the formation of individual AE budgets

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong Leadership Skills, highly organized
- Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities
- Creativity and nimbleness are essential
- Presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, manage time wisely, and prioritize projects and people

- Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, social media, etc.
- The ideal candidate would have minimum of two years digital sales experience
