Job Summary/Description:

This is an entry level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience and explore opportunities in the broadcast news industry. You must be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Primary duties include gathering video, interviews, and information, editing for broadcast and digital/social platforms, setting up/ executing live shots, and other duties as assigned. This person will also be assigned to manage our news vehicles and all staff camera gear. Must be willing to embrace emerging technology, such as smartphone live capabilities and digital editing. The successful candidate is a team-player, reliable with initiative.

The primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Gathering Video, Interviews and information
* Editing for Broadcast and Digital Platforms
* Setting up/executing live shots
* Other duties as assigned
*Manage News Vehicles and all Staff Camera Gear
