KMVT is the ONLY fully staffed news team in the market committed to covering Southern Idaho with local, regional, state, and national news by way of Morning, Noon, 5p, 6p, 9p, and 10p newscasts. KMVT is part of Gray Television. We own and operate three local TV stations: KMVT- CBS, KSVT- FOX 14, and NMVT- Southern Idaho's CW. KMVT is the dominant news source for Southern Idaho. You will also be working closely with Gray Digital Media and a management team dedicated to helping you thrive.

Job Summary/Description:

KMVT has a rare opportunity to work for the #1 TV station in the market. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to work an existing long term list and increase share of business for existing advertisers. This position is also responsible for identifying and reaching new clients in the market that will best take advantage of our television and digital solutions and then becomes a marketing consultant to the clients helping them define and achieve their business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Consistently prospect for new revenue opportunities.
- Close new business and meet sales goals set by KMVT.
- Up-sell current clients by engaging them in the full product line of KMVT/Gray offerings.
- Create custom solutions-driven campaigns that meet client needs across multiple media platforms including broadcast and all of Gray Television's Digital products.
- Seek opportunities to expand relationships with clients by taking an active role in understanding their business needs and competitive landscape.
- Make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs.
- Use Matrix to manage day-to-day activity, pipeline, and forecasts.

- 5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred.
- Local television sales and/or digital sales experience preferred.
- Proven sales leader with a demonstrated record of sales achievement.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to think and lead strategically.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
