Assistant Account Manager / Bookkeeper

We are a woman-led business management firm specializing in music and entertainment clients, and we're looking for an Assistant Account Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. Work alongside an accomplished business manager with 20 years of experience in the industry, along with a growing and supportive team in our Nashville office. This is an entrepreneurial environment that will expose candidates to a variety of work with a diverse international client base.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable – multiple entities
• Accounts Payable; matching items receipts and POs to Vendor bills
• Reconciling Vendor statements
• Maintaining Vendor and Customer files
• Downloading bank transactions
• Reconciling Bank and credit card accounts – multiple entities
• Keep organized records and files for easy and efficient retrieval
• Miscellaneous office administration

Ideal Experience:

• Proficiency in Agilink by Datafaction, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite and Mac OS
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve problems
• Analytical and strategic thinker
• One year or more of entertainment business, bookkeeping or related experience
• Degree in accounting, business, or finance, Bachelor's helpful
