Job Summary/Description:

KKTV is looking for an experienced weekend anchor/MMJ to help lead the #1 station in the market. Ideal candidate must be able to shoot, edit, write and have a strong social media skillset.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Writing, reporting, shooting, editing and doing live shots
* Requires daily news photography and videotape editing; must be able to shoot and edit
* Must be able to work efficiently alone
* Must be able to anchor a newscast
* Must contribute content daily to KKTV.COM and other associated digital products

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ Minimum 2 years of anchor or reporter experience
• Resume reel is required
• College degree or equivalent job experience in a journalism-related field
• Experience with producing software, non-linear editing systems, and video camera equipment • Understanding of legal implications of covering the news along with copyright law
• Exceptional news judgment
