Job Summary/Description:

Hawaii News Now (KGMB/CBS – KHNL/NBC – KFVE/IND - TELEMUNDO) in Honolulu, Hawaii needs a Director of Marketing and Audience Development (DMAD) to lead a highly talented, competitive and creative team of people. This leadership role provides expertise and direct support to News, Sales, Lifestyle, Programming, Digital, and all other local content efforts in the form of multiscreen creative strategies, as well as commercial production services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Qualifications/Requirements:

This position is closely aligned with the ongoing development of multiple revenue streams on all of our platforms. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) required along with a strong desire to lead, innovate, create and inspire.
