Job Summary/Description:

KCBD is looking for an inspiring, innovative leader with a strong work ethic, positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills to motivate a veteran sales team, create and implement strategies designed to achieve goals and maximize on air and online. Must be able to negotiate effectively, provide pricing/inventory control, manage sales projects, and develop new business. This position requires growing shares of direct, agency and digital business, as well as creating opportunities to develop significant new business to achieve quarterly and annual budgets. Must be highly organized.

Qualification/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent is preferred
* Minimum of 5 years prior experience in broadcast sales
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a sales team, strategic planning, and a track record of growing revenue
Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Matrix, Comscore, Excel or similar traffic, sales and CRM experience
* Strong leadership, motivational and sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding budgets
