Lifestyle Program Floor Director

Job Description

KATU/KUNP has an exciting opportunity for a Floor Director for KATU's Lifestyle programs, AM Northwest and Afternoon Live!

Responsibilities include:
• Print and distribute rundowns for lifestyle programs
• Collect and list birthday announcements for Lifestyle Programs
• Cue on-air talent during live and recorded shows
• Leads studio crew in set changes for live & recorded shows, ensures show runs smoothly according to rundown
• Troubleshoots/reports issues as necessary
• Assist in studio camera operation as needed
• Assist in posting segments to Lifestyle websites
• Create social media posts to engage with audience
• Correspond with viewers thru mail and email
• Maintain the lifestyle studios, backstage and kitchen
• Various production duties as needed

Experience:
• Experience, education and/or internship in television or related field preferred
• Training will be provided
