THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Digital Media Coordinator to join the Marketing team in Los Angeles. We are seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to support the functions of Insomniac's marketing department, specifically within concerts & branded show digital media. This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate campaign creation, monitor performance, and optimize ads to ensure efficiency and ROI
• Create and review audience segments in ad platforms for targeting purposes
• Provide quality assurance of ad creative and assistance with uploading assets prior to campaign launch
• Support campaign reporting for distribution and communicate recommendations based on performance to involved partners
• Maintain current knowledge on new ad products and tech advancements
• Research digital trends to inform A/B testing opportunities, best practices and strategy
• Obtain ad proofs, approvals and budget/billing reconciliation
• Execute day to day tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 1+ years' experience with digital and paid social marketing
• Foundation of digital advertising concepts with a data focused approach
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to manage high volume and possess strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines
• General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows
• Knowledge of concert promotion and live event business is a plus
• Some travel may be required

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• Must be willing to travel to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
