THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Concierge
• Guest facing customer service, check guests in via iPad, assist with gift bag stuffing and distribution, answer misc. guest questions, mixture of sitting and standing during the shift

Wayfinding Staff
• Guest facing wayfinding staff, help direct guests to hotel, parking shuttles and festival entrance, answer misc. guest questions, will be on their feet for entire shift
