Your Mission

Infinity Ward is currently seeking a Senior Artist.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Creates content at an industry high level.​
• Prioritizes tasks to ensure best possible results.​
• Owns important art tasks and initiatives from start to finish.​
• Helps to troubleshoot and fix problem content.​
• Creates documentation of processes for others to follow.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Advanced skill in their discipline content and software.​
• Work revisions are due to direction rather than quality.​
• Demonstrates an advanced specialization in a specific art technique or software package. ​
• Expected to evaluate and help solve performance concerns.​
• High level of creativity and independence; requires little instruction.
• Self-motivated, independent, and has proven ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a maturity level in line with what would be expected of a senior artist.
• Can mentor others as needed within their team.
• Leads by example through the execution of artist responsibilities and creation skills.
