Your Mission

Infinity Ward is currently seeking a 3D Generalist Artist I.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Craft believable photo real environment sets
• Work in collaboration with Animation, FX, environment, and Lighting department to complete and sustain live seasonal content.
• Produce highly realistic 3D models and materials of desired quality.
• Address Work revisions as directed
• Pre-Production – Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure best possible results
• Ownership - High level of creativity & independence, requiring little instruction
• Troubleshoot and fix problem content when identified
• Evaluate and help solve performance concerns
• Collaborate closely with leads and team members to create high-quality assets within the given timeframe, while maintaining consistent communication with producers to monitor progress and remain receptive to feedback
• Demonstrate creativity and efficiency in time management, as well as the ability to perform well under pressure and maintain strong organizational skills.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Multiple years of world building experience with an industry leading level editor: UE4, Unity, etc.
• Advanced skill in discipline software: ​Max, Maya, Blender, Photoshop, and similar software
• Self-motivated, independent, with strong work ethic
• Photogrammetry experience a Plus
• Proficient in utilizing Substance Painter to create high-quality textures and materials for 3D models, with a strong understanding of the software's features and capabilities to achieve desired results.
• Strong foundational art skills. Understanding of composition, form, color, and light in relation to crafting environments

Extra Points:
• Demonstrates a solid comprehension of tri-count limits, including the ability to create optimized 3D models with an appropriate polygon count to ensure optimal performance in real-time environments
• Capable of utilizing a variety of software programs to produce high-quality assets, with the ability to adapt and learn new software as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• 2D and Graphic Design experience
• First Person Shooter experience a Plus
