What We Are Looking For
This position will support our Physical Production department with processing payments for clients. Our next Client Payment Coordinator should be detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Duties
• Accounts payable: process client payments
• Accounts receivable: commission collections, generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments
• Maintain client information
• Prepare payment mailings and bank deposits
• Audit financial statements for accuracy and resolving issues accordingly
• Communicate with high-profile clients and their representatives regarding payment status while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
• Running daily, weekly, monthly, and/or ad hoc reports for agents and clients
Skills And Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail: resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive
• Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with colleagues and clients
• Interest in entertainment industry
Education And Experience
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a talent agency environment and/or supporting entertainment production payroll preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Nav and/or inEntertainment a plus
