What We Are Looking For
This position will assist two seasoned Agents in our Alternative and Factual Programming department, as well as participate in supporting the Agency's top tier production company and producer roster. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job. Interest and willingness to be mentored is highly important. This desk has a track record of upward mobility within the department.
Duties
- Rolling calls, managing two high volume calendars, and taking notes
- Tracking client schedules, potential opportunities, and overall execution of deals
- Collect, assemble & track client and creative submissions
- Managing departmental records/databases, and cross-departmental grids
- Optimize efficiency and communication between clients and production/development teams
- Communicate with high-profile studio/network executives, producers, managers & talent while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
- Maintain and track expenses.
- Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information, as needed

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years’ of professional experience
- Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
