The Vice President, Strategy & Growth, will play a key role leading advisory and consultancy programs, collaborating closely with IMG colleagues. The role will require a mix of strategy consulting skills and an ability to collaborate and deliver ongoing impact within a large, matrix'd organization. A deep understanding of the sports ecosystem, its commercial value drivers and the APAC market is essential

The role will have several responsibilities:
• In the near-term, develop a phase 1 realignment strategy for PSSI, in collaboration with Commercial and Rights Acquisition teams
• Develop and lead a range of Advisory and Consultancy strategy projects – including strategies for media rights, format and competition structure, market expansion and more.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Rights Acquisition teams to support the roll-out and growth of the advisory and consultancy business, particularly in APAC
• Use a strong analytical approach to quickly identify and size new business or market opportunities, scope profitable initiatives, and develop compelling business cases
• Identify and develop new opportunities for IMG. Work with IMG's leaders to understand local market dynamics in APAC and define ways for IMG to add value to local and pan-regional customers
• Anticipate and monitor trends in the broader Media space, emerging approaches or technologies in APAC, and leverage this to solve clients' key business issues
• Bring innovative thinking to solve clients' challenges, and develop new insights and approaches
• Use a strong commercial acumen to understand the shifting media landscape in APAC, and identify how IMG can help clients improve their performance within their ecosystems
• Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required.

Knowledge and Experience
• Is recognized as an external thought leader within the growth and development of sports properties.
• 10+ years in strategy consulting with a primary focus on sports intellectual property
• Deep expertise and knowledge of the APAC region
• Deep knowledge and experience across sport, both traditional and digital media, and a track record of operating and scaling media businesses.
• Ideally, experience of consulting or working within strategy / commercial strategy teams for sports rights holders – governing bodies, leagues, federations etc - and/or experience of working with broadcasters / streamers

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent/ relevant experience

Working Conditions
• This is a permanent position.
• This role will be based at our Singapore - Shaw Center office, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
• You may be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
• Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
• Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
