At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

This role is for our Premier League Productions business (PLP):

Premier League Productions (PLP) are the proud production partner to the most watched football league in the world. Globally, we broadcast to 189 out of 193 UN member states, and our work is available to 900 million homes.  Our wide array of high-quality output includes 380 live matches each season, digital content, studio shows, promos and magazine programming, all delivered across multiple platforms.  Our purpose is to be vital to the Premier League and its broadcast partners by delivering world class content and services that help them convey the entertainment, excitement and thrill of the Premier League to their viewers, and to inspire every football fan across the globe.  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Integration Specialist who is passionate about providing solutions that will further power the success of PLP and the Premier League to help ensure we deliver high-quality content and time critical information efficiently, and at scale. Ensuring that our systems and solutions reflect the Premier League market leading position and help us maintain a competitive edge is paramount.

Reporting into the Head of Content Management, this is a great opportunity for someone who has extensive hands-on experience of operating in a similar role delivering complex systems integration, outstanding partnerships and project management skills, alongside a passion for driving improvements and efficiencies.

What You'll Be Doing…
• Identify opportunities to consolidate, streamline and integrate existing and future systems into a more cohesive ecosystem to meet our existing and future needs
• Support proof-of-concept activities for new applications/platforms including assessment, smooth implementation, and on-going support
• Assess existing infrastructure, systems, and processes across the wider ecosystem and recommend alternative options and synthesis to meet demand
• Closely manage multiple supplier relationships to ensure we optimise the products and services available, and contractual performance obligations are met
• Identify and manage risks & dependencies associated with existing and new systems/platforms and data transport
• Oversee and perform project management duties to a high standard

Who you are…
• You're have a proven track record of successfully deliver complex integration projects
• Have a passion for identify solutions and means of integrating models /platforms that will help us expand our capabilities, do things better, quicker and in a more sophisticated way
• Possess an excellent understanding and interest in emerging technologies including in AI (inc. Generative)
• You're able to communicate effectively to ensure requirements are captured and expectations understood 
• Be adept at deciphering technical information into language that's understood by non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent technical skills and experience (specifically within data science and/or systems development)
• You'll have outstanding partnerships and project management skills
• Be passionate about collaboration and bringing others on the journey
• You're able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high-quality output
