What You'll Do:
IMG Productions is one of the largest producers of sports programming in the world, responsible for thousands of hours of content on behalf of more than 200 federations, associations and events. Producing and distributing three 24/7 sports offerings in Sport 24, the first-ever live, global, premium sports channel for the airline and cruise industries; EDGEsport, the premium action sports channel; and the Premier League Content Service for international broadcasters, which includes all live matches, comprehensive analysis and regular magazine programming. Our cross-platform product offerings include: Golfing World, Amazon Tennis, UFC, The Wimbledon Championships, the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, European Tour Productions, Royal & Ancient Golf, SNTV, Euroleague Basketball, Trans World Sport, EFL, FIVB, Evoke Films, Audio and more.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Coordinator who will work with the WBD Golf production team and provide vital administrative support ensuring that all logistical and scheduling requirements are met.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed term contract based at our Stockley Park, London office with travel to our Stockley Park, London office. You will be required to work weekends and unsocial hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Creating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours (if required)
• Plan and book travel and accommodation for production staff. This includes arranging carnets and visas where necessary
• Work closely with the UK Producers and PM and our US production team (PM & PC) on crewing & schedules.
• Negotiating, booking and scheduling freelance crew (eg. Camera Op, Audio, Drone, Editors, Voiceovers)
• Cost tracking and keeping track of relevant costs. Processing invoices and creating Work Orders etc
• Assisting with the management of crew payroll onboarding and timesheet submission in both the UK and US.
• Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager.
• Clearing archive/music (as directed by the PM)
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties that are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Previous experience within production, demonstrating knowledge of international shoots and working in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows.
• Understanding of Health and Safety
• Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage.
• Comprehensive understanding of budget processes and implications.
• Conversant with current insurance requirements.
• Has set up single camera shoots.
• Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs
• Able to act professionally at all times and easily adapt and fit in with a range of personalities at all levels.
• To be able to initiate work independently and as part of a team - without close supervision.
• To show a positive, professional and keen approach to work.
