Who We Are:
At IMG, our Studios business use content and technology to power the world's passion for sport, working with global clients including The Premier League, The R&A, DP World Tour, Euroleague Basketball and Major League Soccer. We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.
What You'll Do:
To work with the Production Manager and wider team to provide key production co-ordination support in conjunction with the production management team across a range of productions, including UFC Outside Broadcasts in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• To provide key production co-ordination support as a key part of the production management team
• Negotiate, book and schedule freelancers and facilities.
• Book travel, accommodation, equipment, and crew for domestic/international shoots/outside broadcasts, and arrange all logistical requirements (including visas, carnets, permits, etc.).
• Support the team with new pitches, budgeting, contracting, and general administrative duties.
• Ensure risk assessments are properly created by the relevant producer, and that health and safety is fully considered for all shoots and post-production work.
• Create call sheets and be point of contact for crew out of office hours (if required).
• Complete post-production deliverable paperwork.
• Raise POs and work orders and reconcile credit card and float spend.
• Assist in budget compilation when required, input committed costs into Cost Report, and assist with reconciliation in conjunction with the Finance Assistant.
• Trouble shoot and deal with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager.
• Be point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of outside broadcasts on location under supervision of PM (eg. directing runners, coordinating daily shuttles, handling travel and crew changes).
• Liaise with and respond to clients as instructed.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

• Some travel and weekend working / unsociable hours may be required.
• Working with clients in different time zones.
Key Results Areas
• Ability to work independently on projects, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, producers, and other members of the team, including via the issuing of comprehensive and accurate Call Sheets.
• Excellent production coordination and support across productions.
• Effective production support for production management team.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork, filming permits, release forms, and risk assessments are in place for production.
• Ensuring all production deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
• Compliance with company procedures as detailed in IMG's Production Guide.
• Taking on more responsibility according to experience.
You Have These:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating call sheets, booking freelancers and suppliers, and arranging travel logistics.
• Understanding of the process and rationale of the cost tracking system. Experience of raising purchase orders, and processing invoices and expenses.
• Understanding of Health and Safety paperwork requirements, including risk assessments.
• Knowledge and understanding of production workflows.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience of working to deadlines. Works well under pressure and prioritises workload effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent client liaison skills.
• Ability to plan ahead and effectively organise workload.
• Keenness to learn and take on more responsibility.
• Excellent time management skills, reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Basic knowledge of Outside Broadcast crew roles.
• Experience with managing complex and fluid production schedules.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• An interest in sports, specifically UFC.
• Health and Safety Production Training and Project Albert Training. (This will be provided if current training is not up to date.)
