We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.

What You'll Do:

Are you passionate about sports production and ready to take on a pivotal role in live broadcasts and digital content?

We're looking for a dynamic Production Coordinator to join our Euroleague Basketball production team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, producing call sheets for matches and feature shoots, coordinating schedules for staff and freelancers, and ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly. You'll also manage travel and accommodation across Europe, handle international travel documentation, and oversee financial processes such as purchase orders and invoices.

Your attention to detail will be key as you liaise with Euroleague Basketball and their rights holders, and keep track of multiple budgets.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until the end of January 2025, based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

This role will require occasional evening shifts, some weekend work, and public holidays. There may also be opportunities for international travel, particularly towards the end of the season.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Produce call sheets for all ELB matches, Media Days and Features shoots.
• Schedule all ELB staff and freelancers
• Plan and book travel and accommodation across Europe for all ELB staff
• Secure carnets and visas for all international travel
• Raise purchase orders and pay invoices for all resources and freelancers
• Produce scripts and production paperwork
• Liaise with the ELB and their rights holders to deliver their requests
• Cost track across multiple budgets

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of Outside Broadcasts, Digital Platforms, Live, Magazine and Studio programmes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven organisational skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows
• Comprehensive understanding of budget processes and implications
• Conversant with current insurance requirements
• Has organised national and international travel
• Has prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producer
• Has set up single camera shoots
• Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs
• Experience in a customer-facing role including supporting crew on location
• Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage
• Knowledge and understanding of setting up satellite playouts via SNG, local feed points or via IP over satellite

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• A second language (a bonus but not required)
• A genuine interest in sports
