The Partnership between SPL, SAFF, and IMG:

The Saudi Pro League (SPL) and Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) have announced a new five-year production partnership with IMG, a global sports, events, and representation company, for the Roshn Saudi League (RSL), King's Cup, and Saudi Super Cup, starting from the 2024-25 season.

The 2024-25 season broadcast of the RSL, King's Cup, and Saudi Super Cup will feature more dynamic storytelling and captivating content that highlights the excitement of the matches and celebrates the rich culture and passion that drive the sport.

IMG will also help SPL and SAFF to implement advanced remote production technologies, allowing leading producers to oversee matches across multiple cities on the same day, ensuring that the highest production standards are maintained regardless of location.

What You'll Do:

IMG are seeking a dynamic Production Coordinator to join our Studios business and support our new partnership with the Saudi Pro League based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the production team for the Saudi Pro League Live Matches. Part of the team responsible for logistics and cost tracking, to ensure smooth running of production, working in the office and on-site at the Outside Broadcasts for the live matches.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a long-term fixed-term contract dependent on local employment regulations based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be required to work weekends and unsocial hours when needed and will be required to travel within KSA, across the various match locations/stadiums.

This position will include a relocation package.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support across SPL 24/25 season production, working alongside the Production Manager to support the Production team, both in the office and on-site at live match OBs
• Duties include booking and organising crew, onboarding and creating Work Orders on payment portal (eg Fieldglass),scheduling and performing Status Determination Statements where/when necessary
• Liaison with third parties and processing invoices (eg Suppliers), as required
• Organising shoots and Outside Broadcasts, arranging any clearances/film permits and any associated travel/accommodation and post-production bookings
• Liaising with internal departments (e.g. legal, HR, finance, immigration) to assist with securing all visas and work permits, as required.
• Creating and distributing detailed call sheets and Risk Assessments and being point of contact for crew
• Cost tracking on a daily basis and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
• Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the production manager; supervising production assistants and runners as necessary
• Completing post production paperwork, including Music Cue sheets and PAPs and clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable
• Working with the production team to set and achieve sustainability targets, including monitoring and completion of albert Carbon Footprint and Carbon Action Plans, as well as supporting the company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
• Being point of contact for internal and external clients
• Supervising media management and helping to establish workflows
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Previous experience as established Production Coordinator
• Previous experience of working in an Outside Broadcast environment
• Experience of booking freelance crew and organising shoots
• Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets
• Experience of producing call sheets
• Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments
• • Safe Management of Productions Health & Safety training
• BAFTA/Albert Sustainable Production training or equivalent
• Previous experience of working to deadlines – works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP
• Good organization and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to plan ahead and effectively organise workload

We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous, but not essential.
