What You'll Do:
European Tour Productions are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised Production Coordinator to join our award-winning production team based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. We're looking for someone to provide vital coordination and support to our Production Managers across a diverse range of exciting projects.
In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of crafting call sheets, organizing crew travel logistics, and onboarding freelancers (because getting them paid on time is essential!). You'll also flex your budgeting skills, assisting with cost tracking and reconciliation, while being a go-to contact for internal teams and external clients alike.
Expect variety-whether it's troubleshooting on-the-go, managing essential admin tasks, or jumping in to solve production challenges, no two days will ever be the same.
There will be plenty of opportunities to travel to European Tour events and location shoots in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa and UAE to help the production team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support in conjunction with the editorial and production management team across a range of Live OB & remote productions.
• Support the team general administrative duties.
• Manage the onboarding workflow for freelancers; vendor set up, IR35 compliance, and ensuring the individuals are paid in a timely manner.
• Creating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours.
• Manage travel and logistics arrangements for all crew.
• Assist in budget compilation, cost track and reconcile in conjunction with the Production Manager.
• Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager.
• Being point of contact for internal and external clients.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Proven experience as a seasoned Production Assistant or Coordinator.
• A knack for cost tracking and creating small production budgets.
• The ability to craft call sheets with precision and efficiency.
• Familiarity with health and safety paperwork, including risk assessments.
• A background in customer service or experience in client-facing roles, ensuring every interaction is smooth and professional.
• Experience in managing carnets and visas for seamless international logistics.
We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• A track record of meeting deadlines, thriving under pressure, and juggling priorities like a pro.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Esker, SAP, or Fieldglass, or experience with similar finance systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, to keep everything running smoothly.
