To support all aspects of the IMG studio production for MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, providing editorial assistance, editing and talent support throughout an exciting weekly schedule of content creation.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Role and What You'll Do:
The Production Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the MLS Season Pass studio programming. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of video content, graphics, and other production elements, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This individual should have a passion for soccer, an understanding of Major League Soccer (MLS), and a collaborative approach to production tasks.
• Video Content Creation:
• Gather and organize video content for assigned production tasks.
• Work with editors and tape operators to produce highlights, b-rolls, teases, and other video elements.
• Manage video databases and archives to source necessary content.
• Graphic Support:
• Research and prepare insert graphics as requested by show producers.
• Assist in the development of visually engaging content to support storytelling.
• Content Research:
• Support on-air talent and production staff by completing research requests.
• Compiling shot sheets & scripts as required.
• Follow nightly action to develop time-sensitive content and storylines.
• Production Assistance:
• Monitor on-air content to ensure accuracy and consistency with production standards.
• Provide quality control of video content, graphics, and scripts.
• Use social media and other tools to source breaking news, statistics, and storylines.
• Collaboration:
• Assist with brainstorming and executing creative story ideas for studio programming.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet tight deadlines and deliver compelling content.
You Have These:
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English or Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages a bonus.
• Production Experience:
• Basic knowledge of video editing software and broadcast tools.
• Soccer Knowledge:
• A strong understanding of MLS, its clubs, players, and history.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• A creative mindset to identify and develop engaging content.
• Familiarity with Photoshop (preferred but not required).
Travel:
Minimal travel may be required.
Location:
Candidate will be based in Stamford, CT and should expect to be in studio 4-5 days per week. By nature of working in sports, weekend work will be required each week.
