IMG's digital team provides Consultancy and Agency services to accelerate the digital performance of the biggest names in sport. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, improve the use of social media and can help you deliver against your wider business objectives. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
• Creation of digital strategies based on solid analysis that transform sports organisations
• Determining and clarifying a range of strategic and operational problems via consultation (e.g. running interviews, leading workshops)
• Analysing and interpreting research and data to detect trends and create strategic and operational recommendations
• Identification of revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention opportunities for IMG clients and delivery of relevant recommendations
• Business modelling, growth projections and financial planning
• Writing client-facing reports and presenting key findings to senior management
• Resource planning, project management and milestone tracking
• Contributing to business development of new and existing clients; including responding to RFPs and competitive tender processes, proposal writing and business modelling
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the sports industry, identifying opportunities, developing creative solutions to complex problems, responding to competitive tenders and writing proposals
• Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team and clients
• Working with all other personnel to develop and achieve the company's overall strategic goals
• Being an ambassador for IMG and maintaining a professional approach at all times

You Will Have The Following Strengths

Strong professional hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Digital platforms & products (architecture, design, development, management, UI/UX, D2C streaming products)
• Martech platforms (devising and/or implementation of marketing automation programs and campaigns)
• Data & CRM (contact strategy and/or implementation, customer acquisition and retention, subscription marketing, direct response marketing)
• Digital innovation and technologies
• Digital strategy & transformation (design and/or implementation
• Experience leading parts, or all, of an organisation's digital operations
• Technically savvy and passionate about the latest digital trends and developments.
• A keen understanding of digital marketing technologies and crucially, the ability to communicate the rationale and outputs of those tools to non-technical people
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. That means being able to parse the 2% of insight signals from the 98% of noise in the data. Experience using analytics platforms (eg Google, Meta, X, Tableau)
• Experience working in other markets specifically within Europe, the US and Asi​a
• Excellent client-facing skills or experience of working with a wide range of senior stakeholders within an organization
• Comfortable under pressure (presenting, running workshops, giving clients feedback etc.) ability to meet fixed deadlines (both internal and client)
• Comfortable with M365 suite of software, in particular advanced user of Excel and Powerpoint
