What You'll Do:
IMG are currently looking for an Archive Producer to join part of IMG Studios' Film, Audio & Branded Content department (FAB). This role is central to the account team for a high-profile global luxury brand with heritage at the centre of its messaging.
The Archive Producer will project manage footage research across a variety of different archive-based projects, from advertising to editorial, digital OOH to social media, exhibition and retail. You will work with Creatives and Producers to develop ideas and find fresh feeling archive, coordinate and line manage our team our enthusiastic Footage Researchers, and work collaboratively with our Rights and Media Managers. You will also be supported by our Operations Manager to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based our facility in Chiswick Park, London.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Act as a primary point of contact for all creative briefs and development projects shared with the Research team, from all the client's creative and production partners. You will be a representative of both IMG and our client in all exchanges with partners and our network of archive production industry contacts.
• You will work closely with our RRM team to ensure we respond to client/partner requests in a way that adheres to our values of professionalism, continuous improvement and adaptability.
• You will work with the client, as well as their creative teams and producers to consult on archive use in both the development and production of advertising and branded content, advising on best practice, legal limitations, and offer creative solutions for production problems.
• A detail-orientated person, you will become an expert on our client's heritage, brand values and relationships, learning and ultimately advising teams on how this can be leveraged for use in content creation.
• With the support of the Research team, you will source and manage archival materials, securing the best creative solutions for a project, such as footage, news clips, viral videos, photographs, audio recordings, documents, and other materials as required.
• You will work with closely with our Rights Managers and legal teams to negotiate licence fees, author licence agreements, secure competitive rates on all projects, and ensure detailed record keeping of all usage in line with our service agreement.
• You will liaise with our internal archive services team to stay informed about changes in the business and keep up to date on the archives IMG represents.
• You will line manage our Research team, supporting them with their personal development and training in archive production techniques and best practice.
• You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Research & Operations to ensure project management tools and workflows are fit for purposes and in the best interest of creative production and the longevity of the account.
• You will be an inquisitive learner, willing to engage with the wider account team to immerse yourself with the legacy projects of our client.
