Job Description

Hulu's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations & Experience who will be an exceptional addition to our team. Leading Recruiting Operations at Hulu, and supporting the broader Disney Media Entertainment and Distribution (DMED) recruiting operations and experience function, you will ensure all tools used by the recruiting team are effective in delivering world class talent to our business. This includes overseeing the data to reporting lifecycle, and being the representative of recruiting in cross-functional projects that involve the team in any way, including the integration to Disney systems and tools that will occur over the next 1-2 years. You will oversee the (awesome!) Hulu Coordination Team and other team members in Operations and Experience. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and sets a high-quality bar. You like to solve complex problems, many of which have not been solved before, and can tell stories and glean insights through data. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead the DMED Talent Acquisition Operations & Experience team through strong managerial principles
• Identify and investigate process flaws and the corresponding solutions across a suite of platforms
• Implement, rollout, and develop training for identified solutions to ensure full team adoption
• Oversee vendor management of Hulu recruiting tools, including the applicant tracking system (ATS), and collaborate with Disney team members who have oversight of enterprise solutions
• Arm the team with highly intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that drive performance through visibility
• Manage recruiting tool ROI metrics by clearly defining the value of the services we pay for
• Provide escalated, ad hoc upper-management support such as analyzing and communicating data
• Maintain synchronized processes between Santa Monica and Beijing recruiting team and the broader DMED TA function
• Deliver primary KPI metrics and all relevant data analysis to our Recruiting Leadership Team
• Ensure proper function of integrations between our systems: Workday, Jobvite, Kenexa, Beamery, Career Site, LinkedIn, etc.
• Oversee new recruiter operations onboarding and ongoing training for the broader team to drive effectiveness and data integrity and insights; implement improvements to make it effective, intuitive and scalable
• Drive candidate experience across DMED that is congruent with the quality associated with Hulu and The Walt Disney Company

WHAT TO BRING
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations in a large matrixed organization with 8+ years of overall relevant industry experience
• 2+ years of team management experience in a flexible work culture
• Ability to visually communicate data to tell a story
• Budget and vendor management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly effective project management and time management skills
• Self-starter with ability to work with little direction and produce results
• Solid understanding of recruiting systems, such as ATS and candidate sourcing tools
• Strong understanding of Recruiting and HR functions and interdependencies with other functions
• Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical recruiters as well as internal clients/stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience with Tableau desktop, Jobvite and Workday
• ATS implementation experience
• Integration implementation experience
