Job Description

Disney's Streaming Solutions team is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Strategy who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a member of the Client Strategy group within Streaming Solutions, you will join a thriving team that serves as the primary contact to Hulu for Disney sales teams, is responsible for the pre-sell process, client management in post-sale, and is dedicated to building world-class advertising solutions for Hulu while driving revenue for Disney.

The right person for this role is both a creative and strategic thinker, a self-starter that is comfortable wearing many hats–shifting from various disciplines of marketing during the course of the day. You'll be tasked with developing solutions, spanning from providing fresh positioning of existing opportunities to identifying new areas for innovation, to meet advertiser's objectives. The position will report into the Director, Client Strategy – Streaming Solutions.
• Supervise a team in New York, providing strategic business oversight and career development
• Coach team members in the development of Hulu-focused RFP/RFI responses for the Healthcare and Diversified Consumer Services accounts, ensuring that clearly communicate the overarching platform concept, the creative ideas, streaming value proposition, and streaming capabilities in supporting the client's objectives – leveraging data and insights where applicable
• Drive innovative and strategic-thinking in brainstorms
• Lead Healthcare and Diversified Client Service category expertise across the categories as a whole, as well as, within the context of the Hulu video streaming environment
• Manage the RFP/RFI development process with clients, agencies, Disney sales and other internal Disney teams
• Collaborate with Creative, Pricing & Planning, Ad Analytics and Ad Operations teams on RFP responses as needed
• Act as the face of Streaming Solutions within sales and client meetings, presenting & advising on sponsorship opportunities
• Work with campaign management teams to ensure smooth transition from pre- to post-sale, with involvement in post-sale tied to client management
• Lead the development of high-level RFP responses, as assigned by the Director
• Partner with the Director on strategic and proactive initiatives

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and/or integrated marketing
• 5+ years of managerial experience, with a proven track record managing direct reports with varied responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with an eye for design and a flair for storytelling
• Proven track record of strategic capabilities & thinking
• Experience with media planning, buying and ad operations
• Solid understanding of content production across platforms, as well as in-show integration
• Experience with media planning, buying and ad operations
• Experience in effectively navigating a matrixed organization
• Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiar with Salesforce
• Self-motivated with demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and own projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision
• A strong consensus builder with a positive attitude, self-confidence, and a kind-yet-assertive nature
