Hulu is seeking a Local Sales Planner to join our dynamic Planning team in our Santa Monica office! For this role, we're looking for a highly detail oriented and organized individual. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support your assigned Local Sales team in executing and facilitating Pre-Sale and Post-Sale functions
• Manage the RFP process from proposal generation to order entry and post-campaign tasks
• Maintain the pipeline in collaboration with your Sales team
• Execute budget revisions, including incremental spends and cancellations
• Work with varying departments, such as Ad Ops, Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Research, etc. to help fulfill a variety of client requests
• Collaborate closely with the Ad Ops team to execute campaigns, implement optimizations, and address reporting needs
• Collaborate with the Finance team to assist with the billing process
• Actively participate in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings
• Review trades and pull industry and account-specific information to help drive business opportunities

WHAT TO BRING
• 1-2 years prior experience in the TV and/or Digital advertising landscape, ideally in media planning and/or buying
• Knowledge of the Local Broadcast TV landscape is helpful
• An excitement to work in a collaborative Ad Sales team environment
• A positive approach towards day to day tasks
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Deep understanding of media math
• Strong attention to detail and robust interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint required
• Familiarity of Operative.One is beneficial
