Hulu's Marketing team is seeking an Associate Social Media Manager, supporting the Senior Social Media Manager responsible for dedicated verticals on the @hulu brand channels. The ASM will be a trusted member of the team and key collaborator on various cross-functional campaigns. The ideal candidate will constantly bring fresh new ideas to build first-of-its-kind social content experiences! As the Associate Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for providing marketing support that drives earned media and social conversations across the brand handles. The ASM will lead social campaigns for Hulu Original series/films/documentaries and verticals as assigned, working closely with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class activations. The right person for this role thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment, is an excellent project manager, and is passionate about movies and pop culture. The successful candidate will be collaborative, innovative and always willing to go above and beyond what is required!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support the Sr. Social Media Manager on assigned titles to develop ground-breaking, radical, and award-winning social media campaigns.
• Work alongside Social Media Managers and Copywriter to help coordinate, ideate, and develop social-first content for various Brand and Original campaigns.
• Lead and manage Hulu's Kids & Family vertical, ensuring titles from partners such as DreamWorks are effectively promoted to drive tune-in and engagement.
• Draft brand social plans to be included in Hulu marketing presentations.
• Develop strong working relationships with studios, talent, and affiliate partners, acting as a central hub for social-related matters.
• Liaise with agency partners to identify and coordinator influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver paid social links and work closely with media AOR to boost top performing organic posts.
• Use audience insights to strategically build communities of fandom, making recommendations for continuous optimization to exceed campaign KPIs.
• Monitor content performance daily to understand the effectiveness of the campaign and write post-launch recap reports using Netbase social listening.
• Serve as key contact for digital creative agencies and vendors - including managing content calendars and stakeholder approvals – to drive best-in-class campaigns from creative production to fan engagement.
• Work closely and collaboratively with Disney General Entertainment teams including Marketing, PR, Creative, Photo, Media, Events and Research.
• Provide production support at IRL and online events including screenings, premieres, press tours, red carpet awards, etc.

WHAT TO BRING
• Minimum of 3 years as a Social Media Coordinator for a media/entertainment brand, network, studio or creative agency.
• A passion for movies, films, tv and the pop culture zeitgeist + an interest in storytelling & technology.
• Experience with social media tools including Sprinklr, Trello, Dash Hudson, ListenFirst, Kantar, etc.
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills, a great communicator, collaborator, and highly organized project manager.
• Self-motivated, innovative and outstanding judgement.
• Be an inspiring peer and help develop out of the box and first-to-market experiences, activations, and content that will drive social conversations and increase brand love.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills that enable you to prioritize efficiently and deliver against accelerated timelines.
• A natural self-starter who can get things done and proactively make suggestions on doing things better.
