About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager, Personalization is responsible for leading the development and execution of personalized user experiences. This role focuses on delivering innovative consumer marketing strategies by leveraging deep customer insights and advanced personalization techniques.
Resonsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify and deliver solutions to complex business challenges.
• Lead a scrum team dedicated to developing personalization strategies to enhance user engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage the personalization product roadmap, working cross-functionally to drive alignment with stakeholders across marketing, subscriptions, brands, content, legal and legal teams.
• Work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Consumer Data, to sequence product roadmaps for delivery of value to the end user.
• Measure and analyze the performance of personalized elements to continuously optimize the user experience.
• Conduct user research, analyze user data and track market trends to identify opportunities for personalization to drive customer and business value.
• Drive A/B testing and experiments to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in product management running scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, experimentation and growth strategies.
• Experience managing technology-driven consumer growth strategies, both on owned platforms as well as third parties.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business value through advanced technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desired Experience:
• Experience leveraging personalization technologies in a B2C marketing organization.
• Familiarity with the digital media market and its monetization norms.
The base salary for this role is between $149,000-$170,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
