Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to execute our Consumer Growth strategy, with a focus on expanding and retaining our subscription audience. This role will be pivotal in translating strategic initiatives into actionable increments that increase user engagement, conversion rates, and overall revenue through the growth of our subscription services.

Resonsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the VP of Consumer Growth Products to execute a comprehensive growth strategy & roadmap aimed at driving free and paid subscriptions across the funnel.
• Manage the product development lifecycle for 1-2 software development teams operating in an agile framework.
• Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, editorial, marketing, data, analytics and legal, to prioritize & deliver subscription growth initiatives.
• Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for subscription growth.
• Design and optimize product features and user experience to boost engagement and subscription conversion.
• Drive A/B testing and experiments to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in product management running scrum teams in an Agile environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, experimentation and growth strategies.
• Experience managing technology-driven consumer growth strategies, both on owned platforms as well as third parties.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desired Experience:
• Experience conducting experiments and utilizing data-driven methodologies to drive growth.
• Proven track record of successfully managing subscription-based products with an emphasis on growth.
• Familiarity with the digital media market and its monetization norms.

The base salary for this role is between $149,000-$170,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
