Job Description
Hearst Magazines is seeking Senior Manager, Ad Product Marketing to join the Ad Product and Data team. This role will lead product marketing for Hearst's ad targeting and data solutions and support an expansive portfolio of ad products. The advertising business at Hearst Magazines must meet the needs of a wide array of advertising partners and ensure that our readers across our 29+ brands are met with premium, relevant ad experiences.

The Senior Manager will join Hearst Magazines at an exciting time. You will propel the next generation of Hearst's targeting solutions to life, launching new products while championing existing data solutions. You will be responsible for planning and executing go-to-market activities spanning across the entire product lifecycle, creating compelling product narratives that position Hearst as a future-proofed leader in the industry, and supporting the ad sales team by crafting sales enablement and marketing materials designed to attract and retain advertising clients.

The Senior Manager, Ad Product Marketing will report into the Director, Ad Product Marketing, and partner closely with key stakeholders across product, data insights, ad sales, client success, and ad revenue operations.

Resonsibilities:
• Understand Hearst's unique selling proposition to create marketing strategies that positions Hearst as an innovative, credible industry expert with future-proofed ad targeting and data solutions
• Create product narratives that showcase Hearst's thought leadership in cookieless targeting, drive awareness to our innovative solutions, and inspire advertisers to partner with our company
• Translate complex concepts into compelling sales enablement and marketing materials that prove the power and accuracy of Hearst's targeting tactics and demonstrate the value of our contextual signals, first-party audience data, and commerce intent signals over traditional third-party cookie tracking
• Communicate the value of Hearst's targeting and data solutions to the sales team and proactively build out tools that help facilitate the selling process
• Plan and execute go-to-market for the future generation of Hearst's targeting and data-privacy solutions
• Measure the success and effectiveness of product launches, using data insights to refine messaging and enhance go-to-market strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends across targeting and data privacy
• Create trusting and collaborative relationships across
• product, data insights, ad sales, customer success, marketing, and ad operations teams

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in digital media, product marketing, and/or advertising technology
• Deep understanding of digital advertising and internet industry targeting trends
• Experience executing successful product launches and overseeing multiple products
• Excellent marketing skills including critical thinking, copywriting, storytelling, and presenting
• Strong attention to detail with a love for collaboration and problem solving

The base salary for this role is between $129,000 and $155,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
