Your Impact

Good Housekeeping a leading women's magazine with an audience of over 53 Million (29 Million digital; 18 Million print; 6 Million social) , is seeking a Sales & Special Projects Associate for our Good Housekeeping editorial partnership program. Based out of our New York office, the position will play a lead part in being a liaison between the Special Projects Manager and the advertiser to assist with the executions of programs and events. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering partnerships through creative, editorially driven integrations.

What you'll do
• Work with Edit and Sales team to successfully deliver against Good Housekeeping Emblem sales goals
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
• Send monthly updates to partners– include upcoming opportunities and events
• Coordinate execution of custom package elements
• Licensing – keep track of when contracts are up and need to be renewed
• Maintain prospect and event databases
• Create one sheeters and decks for sales purposes
• Be responsible for keeping special projects team on time for deadlines
• Carry out administrative tasks such as coordinate meetings with potential brand partners, assist on expos, events etc.
• Communicate and partner with internal teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Design, Copy, Social, Legal) and third-party vendors to create custom content and ad products
• Maintain expert understanding of our brand and programs

Who you are
• 4-year College degree
• 1 year of experience in related field
• Having a comfort and familiarity with social media and ecommerce abilities of social media
• Passion for our brand and a desire for career in media
• Professional presence with strong phone, written and presentation skills
• Must be energetic, an effective communicator, and have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Results-oriented track record
• Enjoy being part of a team but willing to think outside the box to achieve sales goals
