WLWT, the Hearst Television owned NBC affiliate in Cincinnati has an opening for a part-time Promotion Coordinator to join the Creative Services Team.
The Promotion Coordinator position supports the Creative Services team and other departments within WLWT. The wide-ranging duties include maintaining and placing our promotion inventory, coordinating and occasionally editing promos,
providing support on video shoots, working with our traffic hub on promotional contracts, creating outside media and social media to promote WLWT programming, and coordinating with other station departments on various projects.
The ability to be organized, efficient, and detailed is a must. We are a multi-platform media company, being tech savvy with the Adobe product suite as well as social, web, email, and mobile platforms is required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage promotion inventory
• Create and produce station signage and artwork
• Support producers on promotional and commercial video shoots
• Maintain station photography
• Create media to promote WLWT programming
Qualification Requirements:
• Ability to perform with accuracy while under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of projects.
• Ability to hit deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with other team members.
• In-person work required.
• Military training and experience will be considered.
